Description
Hold a Babylon 5 vote.
If the vote passes, your ambassador gains a Destiny mark. In addition, each player who voted for the measure draws 2 cards. If the vote fails, you must discard 2 cards from your hand.
It is a sad fact that most races will accept the benefits of democracy while trying to avoid the drawbacks – such as being forced to follow a course of action dictated by another.
