Small, hand-held device used to create a diversion in combat situations. Used by Deep Space 9 personnel during battle against occupying forces from the Circle.
Plays at start of personnel battle; any or all of your non-Borg personnel may hide from battle. OR Plays to “stop” one crew or Away Team where you have personnel present.
