Vice Admiral of the Navy Headquarters, one of the five lieutenants who participated in the Judiciary Island Demon Slaying Order. The mustachioed man with many scars on his face was one of the two major headquarters lieutenant generals who cooperated with Akainu to pursue the Whitebeard Pirates in the later stages of the major incident. He was very powerful.
