Arthedain is a kingdom in J.R.R. Tolkien’s Middle-earth universe. It was one of the three kingdoms of the Dúnedain in the northwest of the continent of Middle-earth, along with Cardolan and Rhudaur.

Arthedain was founded by the descendants of the Northern Dúnedain and was known for its strong army, rich culture, and advanced civilization. The kingdom was ruled by a line of kings, and was considered the most powerful and influential of the three Dúnedain kingdoms.
