Anórien

Anórien is a region in J.R.R. Tolkien’s Middle-earth universe. It is located in the western part of the kingdom of Gondor, in the southeastern part of the continent of Middle-earth. Anórien is known for its rolling hills, fertile farmland, and scenic beauty. The region was one of the most prosperous and populous parts of Gondor, and was home to many of the kingdom’s most important cities, including Minas Tirith, the capital of Gondor.

Anórien played a significant role in the events of “The Lord of the Rings,” as it was the site of several key battles and skirmishes during the War of the Ring.
