Welcome to the Dominaria United Commander Party! Everyone should have received a party card when they checked in today. If you don’t have a party card, raise your hand and we will get you one now.
You may have also noticed this poster with mysterious shapes on it. We’ll be using this poster for today’s Commander Party and we’ll be keeping it for the next three.
During and after each event more of the map will be revealed. Your actions and choices during this event will determine which areas are revealed and some will remain a mystery to us forever!
Everyone, take a look at your party card. You can give into Phyrexian temptation and use the powers on the party card during your turn as long as you have an unfolded corner left to fold.
Today, two of the square scratch off locations will be revealed during our Commander Party. The first person to lose any game at the event will get to scratch off one of the squares and the first person to have all four of their corners folded will get to scratch off a square. If you believe you are the first person to lose or to have folded all the corners of your party card, call for a staff member to verify.
When a new portion of the map is revealed, we’ll announce the new gameplay information that becomes active.
